Matt Harris Wellness GUARANTEE

Matt Harris Wellness (“Company”) is committed to providing best-in-class coaching, instruction and similar services to each person who is a purchaser of its services (“you”). Reflecting that commitment and the Company’s confidence in the value of its services, the Company has adopted the following terms (“Guarantee Terms”) providing a conditional money-back guarantee for one or more of its services:
- Money-Back Guarantee
Subject to the other provisions of these Guarantee Terms, the following guarantee will apply to any Qualifying Service that you purchase from the Company while these Guarantee Terms are in effect:
WITH RESPECT TO A QUALIFYING SERVICE, IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING NOTICEABLY LESS BACK PAIN BY THE 30TH DAY AFTER YOU HAVE SATISFIED ALL GUARANTEE CONDITIONS, THE COMPANY WILL FULLY REFUND THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT QUALIFYING SERVICE.
- Qualifying Service
In these Guarantee Terms, “Qualifying Service” means any service you purchase from the Company under a service agreement that states the service is covered by these Guarantee Terms apply.
- Guarantee Conditions
In these Guarantee Terms, “Guarantee Conditions” means each of the following:
- you watched all course videos and otherwise completed the course work that you have access to as part of the Qualifying Service, and made a good faith effort to learn and apply the lessons and principles taught as part of the course;
- you made good faith efforts to work with the Company’s coaches and other team members to overcome hurdles and obstacles keeping you from achieving the guaranteed result.
- You did not schedule a one-on-one coaching call. Once a one-on-one coaching call is scheduled, the money-back guarantee no longer applies.
The Company is not obligated to refund you under these Guarantee Terms if you have not satisfied one or more of the Guaranteed Conditions.
- Guarantee Deadline
To qualify for a refund under these Guarantee Terms, you must submit a request for the refund no later than 30 days after you satisfied all the Guarantee Conditions (“Guarantee Deadline”).
- How to Assert Your Rights Under the Guarantee
To submit a request for a refund under these Guarantee Terms, you must send an email to [email protected] no later than the Guarantee Deadline that includes all of the following information: (a) your full legal name; (b) the service you purchased that you believe is covered by the Guarantee; (c) reasonable evidence you have satisfied all of the Guarantee Conditions; and (d) reasonable evidence that you have not achieved the guaranteed result.
The Company shall promptly investigate your refund request, except the Company is not required to investigate any request from a sender that the Company cannot readily identify or verify is a customer of the Company. As a matter of practice, the Company endeavors to process refund requests within 10 business days of receipt.
- Your Cooperation is Required
The Company's obligation to refund you under these Guarantee Terms is conditioned on your reasonable cooperation with the Company to achieve the guaranteed results. As part of this reasonable cooperation, you must make reasonable efforts to use the Qualified Service.
If you submit a claim for a refund under these Guarantee Terms, the Company may request that you provide additional information reasonably related to its investigation of your refund request. The Company’s obligation to refund you under these Guarantee Terms is conditioned on your reasonable cooperation with the Company’s investigation.
If you fail to or cease to reasonably cooperate as required under these Guarantee Terms, the Company may refuse to pay you a refund under these Guarantee Terms.
- Issuance of a Refund
If the Company determines that your request meets the requirements of these Guarantee Terms, the Company shall refund you the amount guaranteed no later than the 90th day after its determination. The Company may pay the refund by check, direct bank transfer, or other means of payment transfer determined by the Company.
- Amendments
The Company may amend these Guarantee Terms on one or more occasions. An amendment to these Guarantee Terms will not apply to a service purchased before the amendment, except such an amendment will apply if you and the Company agree in a separate written document that the amended Guarantee Terms will apply to that purchased service.
